WW1 1916 Battle of the Somme Period Rare Whistle.

This unusual example by J. Hudson of Birmingham is clearly stamped 1916 and has had a finger loop attached. Ware to the loop and whistle are matching.
This is one of only a small number I have come across and is very rare.
