To the front of this bronze medallion the Menin Gate Ypres the reverse MENIN GATE IN REMEMBRANCE YPRES 24. VII 27. Suspended on a patriotic red, white and blue ribbon.

I assume this is a remembrance pilgrimage for 1927 to the Western Front.
