A good clean scarce large size example of blue cotton retaining waist belt and with working zips. The issue label indicating Size 4 height 64-68”. With ink name G/C Straker.

Although I can not confirm the attribution I have located a Group Captain W. J. P. Straker AFC who from 1966 to 1969 Commanded the Empire Test Pilots School.
