WW1 / WW2 Pattern Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service QARNNS Nurses Buckle

A good original pre 1953 example of the pattern worn by the Royal Navy 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service QARNNS during both the Great War and Second World War.  Silver plated, bearing King's Crowned fouled anchor on domed ground, within a laurel wreath surround. Good condition, complete with single fixed loop, the detached loop absent.
