RAF Interwar WW2 Period Air Officer’s Cap.

A superb example of the wartime pattern and shape, not to be confused with post war examples. The cap is the classic shape with two rows of “scramble egg” to black patent leather peak. The mohair cap band retaining original King’s Crown bullion cap badge. The interior with cotton lining and leather sweatband. Faint tailors details to the crown of the lining. The cap retains a very good shape and is in clean moth free condition. The cap has no name. Approx dia of the leather sweatband 22 inches.
