WW1 Royal Field Artillery Mounted Cavalry Pattern Mess Tins.

A good example of the two part tin made by Hicks & son stamped wit faint date 1915. The tin also with lightly scratched details “94001 Knight” Overall GC.

I have attributed these mess tins to 94001 Gunner Charles Knights of the Royal Field Artillery who landed in France on the 30th July 1915.
