A good scarce example of polished brown leather. The length of the belt is apron 42 inches. The brace strap tailored with a whistle pouch, stitching fault to the whistle strap (see photograph). This example with provision for a double brace strap arrangement indicating WW1 period. Leather supple  Whistle is an unmarked example
