WW1 King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry 1905 Pattern Other Rank’s Cap.
A very good and rare example worn by the British Army during the early part of the Great War. This example with Rifle buttons, retaining correct thin black leather thin chinstrap and fitted with KOYLI cap badge. Tailored with the correct small round front peak and with full oil cloth lining. The cap retains a good shape, but with small scattered moth nips not effecting the overall appearance. One of the rarest patterns of OR caps of the Great War.
