Issued to commemorate the ultimate sacrifice of “Samuel Thomas Butcher". GC.

Unique Name. 43070 Private Samuel Thomas Butcher, served with the Suffolk Cyclist Bn, he died of wounds on the 14th October 1916, whilst serving with the 7th Bn. He enlisted at Sudbury Suffolk
