Awarded to “8625 Pte H Bond Leic R”. Comprising: 1914/15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal. GC Medals loose with original silk ribbons.

Private Harry Bond landed in France on the 1st April 1915  and whilst serving with the 1st Bn was reported wounded with gunshot wounds left elbow on the 15th September 1916. He was discharged with the Silver War Badge on the 2nd August 1917, classified as unfit for further service.
