Saddeler Sergeant Augustine Hamilton Paulley came from Wookey Hole Wells Somerset and is noted as serving with the Somerst Royal Horse Artillery Transport Section. He enlisted on the 4th September 1914 and was discharged from Bath Military Hospital with the award of a Silver War Badge on the 5th August 1919. He served at Home and India.
The Medal Index Card officially states returned to alter August 1922 and indicates the initials were the wrong way around. Returned to him September 1922. Confirmed Sole Entitlement.
