A George V example awarded to “265049 S.Q.M. SJT-O.R.S. F.W. STOKOE 3/CO OF LOND. YEO.”

Landed with the 1st (Middlesex) C of L Yeomanry in Egypt on the 28th April 1915 and most probably served with the Regiment at Gallipoli. Later transferring to the 3rd and was awarded the TFEM in May 1919.
