Awarded to “Captain C.E. Whitford 2/VB D.C.L.I”. GC Correct Impressed naming

Major C.E. Whitford is confirmed as receiving the Volunteer Long Service Medal on the 1st August 1909, he was promoted Captain 1900 and Major in November 1914. No trace of Great War medals have been found.
