This small cardboard box was put together by somebody living at Carnforth Lancashire. Comprising: fragment of aircraft canvas strong yellow painted section, with a small section of green paint edge, possibly paint of the yellow section of a RAF roundel, approx size 6 x 4 inches. …. small metal shrapnel with old label “piece of land mine” Length 2 3/4 inches. … Small length of cord from a German parachute mine. Length 6 inches. These are contained in their same cardboard box with ink address to the top and “Souveniers of the 2nd Great War 1939-“Overall GC untouched condition.
