Commemorating Flight Sergeant J Peters who was killed in December 1941 with 15 Squadron Bomber Command.

These scrolls are surprising scarce especially to RAF aircrew. Mounted into a contemporary glazed frame, the framers details for North London.
Size 9 x 13 1/2 inches.

Flight Sergeant Jack Peters was serving with 15 Squadron operating the Short Sterling Bombers. On the night of the 18th December 1941 he along with his crew were briefed for an operation over Brest, which they failed to return. They are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
