WW2 Auxiliary Territorial Service ATS Channel Islands Officer’s Tunic.
A rare example worn by First Subaltern M.C. Wills. The tunic is the regulation pattern, retaining General Service buttons, ATS bronze collar badges and the are feature of “Channel Island” nationality embroidered titles. The rank stars to the shoulder straps with the addition of scarlet cloth tapes. The lining with original tailor’s label for Flights with typed name and date 1943.
Size armpit to armpit approx 17 inches. Collar to skirt 27 1/2 inches
First Subaltern M.C. Wills was commissioned on the 15th October 1943.
