WW1 Royal Fusiliers 1918 Pattern Other Rank’s Tunic.
A very rare example of the short lived pattern tunic worn between 1918 and 1922. This example worn by a Staff Sergeant of the Royal Fusiliers, who was a 1914 “Old contemptible”. The tunic is complete with badges, the interior with the correct Great War combination of WD issue stamp. This tunic is tailored with single pleat, no lining to the collar or underside of the pocket flaps. This tunic should not be confused with the later 1922 pattern.
The overall condition is good, some moth peppering not effecting the overall appearance.
Approx length armpit to armpit 19 inches.
