WW1 Royal Engineers Attributed Cuff Rank Officer’s Tunic.

Attributed to Lieutenant Colonel A.C. Booth Royal Engineers.
A regulation pattern example with rank to the cuff indicating Lieutenant Colonel, to the collar special pattern gorget patches indicating a Royal Engineer Deputy Director, Staff Officer. Complete with RE buttons. The interior with lining and interior pockets.
The tunic has had a heavy working life and appears to Lt Col Booth’s everyday tunic. It has also suffered from moth damage and stitching facts to the lace of one cuff. I have tried to show this wear in the photographs.
Approx size from armpit to armpit 19 inches.
