WW1 RAF 1918 Bullion Embroidered Observer’s Brevet.
A very fine and elegant example of the pattern worn on the 1st pattern light blue Officer’s service dress tunic Circa 1918. Gold bullion to the wing and silver bullion to the “O”. Remains bright.
This pattern of bullion wing is also seen on the RFC Patrol pattern tunic and on some examples of the 1st pattern Khaki RAF tunic.
