WW1 Early Interwar Period Other Rank's Wolseley Pattern Foreign Service Helmet

A good example of the issue pattern "Sun" Helmet. The helmet retains original pagri, this with the cloth pagri ribbon badge of Dark Blue/Yellow/Dark Blue). The interior complete with sweatband. The full dark green lining cloth with traces of paper label. One crack to cork of the neck peak, otherwise no damage to the cork shell.

I have traced two Regiments wearing this colour combination.The 7th Hussars, who during the Great War served in India & Mesopotamia. Also the 14th Hussars who in the Great War served in Mesopotamia .
