WW1 British Army Rare Irish Dublin Made D Shape Mess Tin.
A scarce Dublin made example and probably original issued to an Irish unit. The mess tin with WD issue arrow and to the base Dublin makers stamp. The lid retaining the folding handle.
The tin has been rusty at one stage with heavy pitting to the lid section and some surface pitting to the base. Remains a good display item
