WW1 Battle of the Somme 1916 Period 1908 Webbing.

A very rare sleepy skeleton rig set of 1908 webbing I believe remains as originally assembled. The belt with a 1915 date, the pouches are undated, but one example is of pre war 1st pattern issue with crimped brass tips. The set is a superb matching colour, I have not duster or cleaned the set.

I acquired this set complete as originally assembled, comprising: belt, pouches and one brace strap. I have matched a second strap, which is good colour but slightly shorter. I presume many years ago one strap was removed to be used with a side bag.
