Issued to commemorate the ultimate sacrifice of “TOM GOUGH”

I have attributed this plaque to 11749 Private Tom Gough from Harrogate, who was Killed in Action with the 2nd BN KOYLI on the 29th September 1917. It appears to be a unique name.
