WW1 1915/1916 1908 Webbing Attributed.

This part set of 1908 webbing equipment was worn by Lieutenant Edward Savereux who was commissioned with the 10th Bn Queen’s Regiment  and served with the Regiment in the Egypt. He had previously served 14th (London Scottish) London Regiment
The webbing has not been blancoed the belt stamped “M” and “S” 1915, the brace straps 1915 and 1916. The belt has been tailored with straps and buckles to the front to accommodate the brace straps with ammunition pouches or looping the straps. GC. Original dusty condition.

This would make an excellent start to webbing rig for a trench Officer display.
