A masive WW2 pattern early Post War period cotton Ensign. Ink issue stamps indicate the size as 12 x 6 Foot, also with a 4B code . Retaining rope and brass attachments. The overall condition is very good with no moth damage.

It is not Station stamped and  to the best of my knowledge these Ensigns were never stamped by the RAF Station they were issued to. There was no need to do it.
