A superb example of one of the rarest patterns of RAF flying helmets The was worn on the North West Frontier and Far East postings by RAF aircrew. during the interwar years and first year of the Second World War. This example with clear issue stamps to the inside and size stamp 7 1/8. Also retaining the small goggle securing strap which is often absent . Very Good near unissued Condition.
