Awarded to Lieutenant Harry Percival Victor Barker, later Inspector with the Special Constabulary.
Comprising:
British War Medal, Victory Medal “2 LIEUT H P V BARKER”, 1937 Coronation Medal, Special Constabulary Medal (GVR) “SERGT HARRY P.V. BARKER”. The group remains mounted as originally worn.

Lieutenant Harry Percival Victor Barker commissioned in October 1915, he landed in France on the 11th June 1916 as a Second Lieutenant and was promoted Lieutenant on the 1st July 1917. His medals were sent to an address in Harrow. In the post war years he joined the Special Constabulary and in 1937 appears on the Coronation Medal roll as an Inspector. In 1939 he was living in Stanmore Middlesex.
