A very good and extremely rare example of the raw edge A pattern Brodie helmet retaining the early six tongue oil cloth lining and original two piece leather chinstrap with buckle. The helmet retains traces of the original apple green paint to places and has a good original patina. The shell stamped “J D & S.A.” . Overall a very good example of the type Leather strap supple.
